We must validate your item code in order for us to verify your purchase of one of our products.

The theme you bought was purchased "as-is" and according to Theme Forest policy I, the author, am NOT legally bound to offer any support. However, I feel that providing a complimentary level of support for my themes is just good business. As such, I will attempt to answer any applicable questions in a timely manner. Keep in mind that I am doing this out of my own free time and so there is a limit to how responsive I can be at times and how much support I can offer.

How Do I Get Support?

The documentation attached to the theme is very extensive and will answer any general questions you may have about the theme itself. There is also a section that will answer general WordPress setup questions.
The Internet can also be a useful resource in helping you answer questions quickly. As quick search may help you find a solution to your problem before I am able to.
If the above methods prove unhelpful, feel free to ask applicable questions in the appropriate theme forum on this site. Theme-related support will only be offered through this support forum. NO support will be provided via Twitter or direct email.

What Theme Support Includes

I only offer support for the theme that you have purchased, specifically issues related to the files contained within the theme file.

Support NOT Included For:

General WordPress support (Refer to documentation and wordpress.org forums)
Third-party plugins
Theme modifications, additions, and unique customizations

Reporting Bugs in the Theme

If you find a bug in the theme, please bring it to my attention as soon as possible in the appropriate theme forum. Once I have corrected the mistakes I will update the downloadable files on Theme Forest and update the change log sticky post on the theme forum. At that time, you can download the corrected files from Theme Forest.

Theme Customization Requests

At this time, I am not accepting any theme customization requests. My suggestion to you would be to post the job request on a job board online or contact another designer/developer to make the customizations for you.
